Greater Rochester Health Foundation – October 2024

In our October 2024 newsletter we’re celebrating the work of Project SOAR (Strengthening Our Area Residents), a grantee partner in our Neighborhood Health Status Improvement initiative. Over the past 11+ years, Project SOAR has empowered residents in these rural communities to work together and collaborate with organizations, businesses, and institutions to improve the health of the community.
