Greater Rochester Health Foundation and Rochester Area Community Foundation have partnered to invest $2.1 million to expand local health equity resources. Grants will support 32 grassroots and nonprofit organizations across nine counties, advancing community-led solutions in mental health, food security, and basic needs.
