Greater Rochester Health Foundation and Rochester Area Community Foundation have partnered to invest $2.1 million to expand local health equity resources. Grants will support 32 grassroots and nonprofit organizations across nine counties, advancing community-led solutions in mental health, food security, and basic needs.
Our 2020-2024 Highlights report, What We’ve Built Together, reflects the community voices, collaboration, and possibilities that have guided and shaped our work over the past five years. July 8, 2025 — Together with the Health Foundation for Western and Central New York and the New York Health Foundation, Greater Rochester Health Foundation released a statement in unified opposition to the devastating health and human services cuts included in the newly passed budget.
