Partnerships

Partnership is elevated as a core organizational value of the Health Foundation. To live this value, we are committed to listening to and collaborating with people across communities, sectors, and across differences, in recognition that we accomplish more together.

Partners

Efforts supported within this portfolio of work involve Health Foundation staff in their development and planning, outside of other programming with defined timelines and parameters.   Our history of working with other organizations and funders is key in leveraging resources and bringing innovative ideas to scale.

Efforts within this portfolio include our partnerships with:

Finger Lakes Vaccination Program – The Finger Lakes Vaccination Program is a collaborative funding program designed to help partners execute tailored communications and innovative, vaccine distribution strategies ensuring equity, transparency and efficiently in COVID-19 immunization efforts. The program leveraged an unprecedented collaboration of university and health systems, public health departments, county administrations, and community nonprofit organizations, administering vaccine doses to over 33,000 individuals in 2021 and achieving large increases in vaccination rates in the most impacted zip codes and populations.

Rochester/Monroe Anti-Poverty Initiative (RMAPI) – RMAPI is a community collaborative working to improve quality of life in Rochester by reducing poverty and increasing self-sufficiency. To do this, RMAPI is focused on workforce development and increasing accessibility and affordability of basic needs.
