Una subvenci\u00f3n de salud comunitaria es una subvenci\u00f3n de 1 a\u00f1o de $ 1,000 a $ 35,000 que puede respaldar una amplia gama de actividades a corto plazo que benefician la salud, desde equipos y renovaciones hasta proyectos piloto y m\u00e1s. The Health Foundation inici\u00f3 una iniciativa comunitaria sobre el peso saludable en la ni\u00f1ez en 2007 para aumentar la prevalencia de ni\u00f1os con un peso saludable.
